Van Life Campsites in Antrim
County Antrim contains Northern Ireland's most iconic landscapes — the Giant's Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the Dark Hedges, and the nine Glens of Antrim — all within a compact area that's genuinely one of the most spectacular coastal drives in Europe.
The Causeway Coastal Route between Belfast and Derry/Londonderry is often cited as one of the world's finest scenic drives, and it's well suited to van life exploration. Farm sites and small caravan parks along the coast from Larne to Ballycastle make excellent bases for the Causeway Coast Way walking route.
The Glens of Antrim — nine glacially carved valleys running from the plateau to the sea — are quieter than the headline attractions and remarkably beautiful. Glenariff Forest Park has waterfalls and forest walks, and farm sites in the upper glens around Cushendall and Cushendun are among Northern Ireland's best.

Northern Ireland roads are generally excellent and van-friendly. The Causeway Coast can be very busy in summer — arrive early at Giant's Causeway or use the NT shuttle bus from the car park. Ballycastle is a good supply and overnight base.
